to completely understanding the customer's job and needs. Many of our employees have
been with the company for over eight years and do an excellent job at properly advising
the customer, which in turn can make their job easier."
What do you see for the future of your business? "We are always looking to grow all
areas of our business, but I foresee the most growth to come from our party rental.
Residents of West Chester and Liberty townships are becoming aware of what we offer
and beginning to spread the word."
How you got started in the business you're in: "My brother Sam Harris was out of
college and asked if I would be willing to run a tool rental he had considered starting. I
was just a few months from graduating from college and had little to lose. We both
