Josh Banks

General Manager

Josh began his career with One Stop Rental in 1999 as a delivery specialist and quickly advanced into an assistant manager role. He played a key part in launching our Hamilton/Fairfield location, helping establish strong relationships in a brand-new market.

Over the years, Josh’s leadership and dedication have continued to shine. He eventually stepped into the manager position at Hamilton/Fairfield, and today he oversees both that location and our West Chester store as General Manager.

Josh has been instrumental in One Stop Rental’s growth, championing high-quality equipment, strengthening customer relationships, and setting the standard for world-class service. His commitment and experience make him an essential part of our success story.

Fred Bontrager

Manager/Fastener Sales

Fred began his career with One Stop Rental in 1996 as a delivery specialist. He quickly proved his value through his versatility, working in our lot, servicing equipment, helping customers at the counter, and managing team members. Fred’s exceptional customer service and extensive product knowledge ensure customers get the job done right with the right tools.

Today, Fred leads several departments and serves as our fastener liaison. Since taking on that role, he has grown the fastener side of the business and helped establish One Stop Rental as one of the largest fastener providers in the area.  

Fred continues to be a driving force in the company, creating opportunities for growth and ensuring a great experience for our customers 

Kevin Sousa

Event/Party Manager

Kevin began his career with One Stop Rental in 1995 and has been instrumental in the company’s growth ever since. He played a key role in developing the Hamilton branch, helping shape it into a strong and reliable location that serves a wide range of customers. His hands-on approach and commitment to quality have made him a trusted leader within the team.

Recognizing new opportunities for expansion, Kevin led the creation of the party department, significantly broadening the company’s offerings. His vision helped establish a new side of the business that continues to grow and serve both contractors and event customers alike.

Kevin remains an important part of One Stop Rental’s success, bringing experience, leadership, and forward-thinking ideas that continue to move the company ahead.

Joe Sprinkles

Assistant Manager (Liberty Fairfield Location)

Joe began his career with One Stop Rental as a delivery specialist, where he quickly proved himself to be dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused. From the beginning, Joe showed a natural ability to take initiative and solve problems in the field, which made him an essential part of day-to-day operations. 

Over the years, Joe took on additional responsibilities and consistently demonstrated the leadership qualities needed to support a busy, high-demand location. Today, he helps oversee our Liberty/Fairfield branch, where his hands-on approach and commitment to customer service have transformed the store into a trusted destination for both professional contractors and DIY project customers. Joe is known for creating a welcoming environment, keeping the location running smoothly, and ensuring customers always get the right tools and equipment to get the job done.

His dedication, reliability, and deep product knowledge make Joe a valued leader on our team and an integral part of the continued success of our Liberty/Fairfield location.
